District MAP Coordinators:

Your District MAP Coordinators will be able to assist the Building Based MAP Coordinators with the following:

• Scheduling MAP Test window
• Coordinating the upgrade of NWEA test software if necessary
• Coordinating the upload of student roster files to NWEA
• Coordinating the download of agency, test, and student information to WPS
• During test windows provide support to building coordinators regarding:
• Adding new students
• Moving students between buildings
• Updating teacher-student associations
• Daily upload of test data
• Opening and closing of test windows
• Ordering and school and district level reports

Your Building Based MAP Coordinator will be able to assist you with the following:

• Scheduling MAP assessment and make-ups for your class/students
• Problem solving a "missing" student in the system during a test session
• Attaining your log-in and password to access the NWEA reports site
